To ensure standardization, quality, and smooth operations, the following criteria must be fulfilled before establishing a new franchise centre under our institution:
The applicant intending to open a franchise must be legally eligible to operate an educational training centre. The entity can be:
A Sole Proprietor (Individual business owner)
A Partnership Firm
A Private Limited Company
A Registered Trust or Society
A Section-8 Company (Non-Profit Organization)
Note: Legal registration helps in future expansions, local authority approvals, and maintaining transparency.
The franchise centre must have a properly maintained and accessible premises with:
Minimum 2 classrooms/training labs with proper seating and ventilation.
Computers/laptops with internet connection suitable for IT training.
Electricity backup or inverter system to ensure uninterrupted classes.
Reception or counselling area for student interaction and documentation.
Signboard/branding space to display authorized institute branding.
Each franchise should maintain qualified personnel to operate effectively:
At least 1–2 faculty members with relevant qualifications in IT or Computer Science.
1 Centre Coordinator/Manager responsible for documentation, fee collection, and communication with Head Office.
Trainers must have basic teaching and computer handling experience.
At least 3–5 functional computers or laptops (more preferred based on batch size).
Stable broadband internet connection.
Printer & Scanner for document processing.
Adequate software installation as per course requirements (MS Office, Tally, etc.).
Optional: Projector or smart TV for presentations
The centre should be capable of handling:
Student registration and admission form filling
Issuing printed receipts and maintaining admission registers
Printer & Scanner for document processing.
Uploading student data to the official portal when required
Facilitating online and offline training sessions
Organizing exams as per instructions from Head Office
The centre should be capable of handling:
The centre must use approved branding (logo, banners, certificates) provided by the Head Office.
Franchisees must not use any unauthorized designs or names.
All advertisements must be pre-approved by the Head Office.
The centre should be capable of handling:
The Head Office does not allow any centre to open a bank account in its name. The franchise must use its own bank account for fee collection and transactions.
GST registration is optional and may be done at the franchisee’s discretion for personal tax/income purposes
All student registration fees are to be collected as per guidelines and submitted to the Head Office within the given time frame.
Before approval, the franchisee must submit:
Filled-in Franchise Application Form
Passport-size photos of the applicant
Valid ID and address proof (Aadhar, PAN, etc.)
Proof of business ownership (if applicable)
Address and photos of the proposed centre location
Undertaking and Franchise Agreement (digitally or physically signed)
Centres must operate ethically and legally under the supervision of the Head Office.
Any violation of branding, certificate misuse, or miscommunication will result in suspension or cancellation of franchise authorization.
The Head Office reserves the right to inspect or audit the centre anytime for quality control.
Once all requirements are verified, official franchise approval and login access will be issued by the Head Office.
